How to Make Easy and Delicious Pasta

Making yourself a healthy lunch or dinner can be a long process that most people do not look forward to. Most people succumb to the simplicity of throwing a frozen pizza in the oven or eating an entire box of cookies. This pasta recipe is SUPER easy and healthy at the same time. It will make you feel good about yourself and you might even be able to impress others with it as well. Ingredients are under the 'Things you'll need' section.

Steps

  1. Thaw the chicken breast in the microwave.
  2. Begin boiling two medium sized pots of water.
  3. While the water is boiling, cut the thawed chicken into bite sized pieces.
  4. The water should be boiling by this time and you can place the pieces of chicken into one of the pots and about a cup and a half of pasta noodles into the other pot.
  5. While your waiting for the chicken and noodles to cook, slice up half an avocado into small pieces.
  6. When the noodles and chicken are ready, put them into a bowl, add the avocado, some Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, and a little oregano to taste. mix it all up
  7. ENJOY!!!

Tips

  • Try different spices in the pasta or a different meat. Have fun with it!
  • double the recipe for an easy dinner for two. or make even more for the entire family.
  • Eat outside on a beautiful spring or summer day.
